Make your
results
stick.
Expert health coaching delivered by the same licensed providers managing your treatment. Nutrition, training, supplements, and monthly check-ins, all built around your labs and your protocol so your prescription works harder.
Coaching built into your plan.
Coaching pricing is reviewed during your consultation and may be bundled with your treatment plan. Health coaching is a supportive lifestyle service, not a substitute for medical advice. Individual results vary. KyneRx prescribes compounded medications only, dispensed through licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, and is not affiliated with any brand-name manufacturer. Individual results vary.
Lifestyle gaps that health coaching closes.
A prescription alone does not produce lasting results. If any of these sound familiar, structured coaching alongside your treatment can be the difference between starting strong and staying consistent.

Stalled Progress
Treatment started, but results have slowed or stopped improving.

Inconsistent Nutrition
Eating patterns that undermine the effectiveness of your protocol.

No Training Plan
No structured resistance or cardio program supporting your treatment.

Lost Consistency
Starting strong but fading without regular check-ins and structure.

Guesswork Supplements
Taking multiple supplements with no clinical guidance on what works.

Poor Sleep Hygiene
Sleep habits that reduce recovery quality and limit treatment results.
Coaching services in every program.
Coaching is a supportive lifestyle service delivered alongside your clinical treatment. It is not a substitute for medical advice or emergency care.

Nutrition Guidance
Practical, protocol-specific nutrition built around your goals, whether fat loss on GLP-1 therapy, muscle gain on TRT, or general metabolic improvement.
Training Guidance
Structured resistance and cardiovascular guidance designed to complement your protocol, built around your current fitness level, treatment, and goals.
