Everything You Need to Know Before Getting Started
KyneRx provides HRT services in all 50 U.S. states. Certain peptides cannot be shipped to Ohio or Alabama. All other treatments are available nationwide. Service availability is subject to change based on state telehealth and pharmacy regulations.
Patients must be 21 years of age or older. Eligibility is determined by the licensed medical provider during your clinical evaluation. KyneRx does not provide services to anyone under the age of 21.
A complete hormone and metabolic panel is required prior to any prescription being issued. Labs must be no older than 90 days. Patients may use KyneRx-ordered at-home lab kits or upload qualifying labs from their own provider.
Medications prescribed through KyneRx are dispensed by Integrity Compound Pharmacy, a licensed and accredited compounding pharmacy located in Sandy Springs, Georgia, or other licensed pharmacy partners as clinically appropriate. All medications are compounded and not FDA-approved name-brand products.
Medications ship in temperature-controlled, tamper-evident packaging via licensed common carrier. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of prescription approval and arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Controlled substances including testosterone ship via signature-required delivery and may not be left unattended at the delivery address.
Tracking is available in your KyneRx patient portal at app.kynerx.com once your prescription has been processed by the pharmacy. You will also receive a tracking notification by email when your order has shipped.
After completing your medical intake, a licensed KyneRx physician reviews your lab results and medical history on a secure video call. The physician determines clinical eligibility and, if appropriate, issues a prescription. A prescription is not guaranteed and is issued solely at the discretion of the treating physician.
KyneRx does not bill insurance directly. We can provide documentation for patients who wish to submit claims to their own insurance provider. All pricing is reviewed during the consultation and order process.
Yes. You may cancel your KyneRx subscription at any time before your next scheduled prescription refill ships, with no cancellation fee. Log in at app.kynerx.com, email support@kynerx.com, or call (910) 807-3821 during business hours to cancel.
No. All medications prescribed through KyneRx are compounded by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved for the indications prescribed and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. Your physician will discuss all options during your consultation.
Most patients who are clinically eligible receive a prescription within 48 to 72 hours of their consultation. A prescription is not guaranteed and is issued solely at the discretion of the treating physician based on lab results and clinical evaluation.
